Because our products are natural wellness and personal-care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once they have left our possession — even if sealed. This policy helps maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all customers.

If you ever have a concern about your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. While refunds are not offered, we’re always happy to answer questions, provide guidance on product use, or offer a small courtesy discount toward a future purchase when appropriate.

Market & Event Purchases

All purchases made in person at markets, pop-ups, or community events are final sale. Because we cannot verify product handling after it leaves our booth, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Online Orders

 

For online orders, please reach out within 7 days of delivery if there’s a problem with your package (such as damage or an incorrect item). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
