At Hard Velvet Handmade, all products are handcrafted in small batches with intention and care.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment only for Tallahassee-area customers.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a personal message from us to coordinate a pickup time.

Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation that your order is ready.

Order Processing Time

Most local pickup orders are ready within 5–10 business days, depending on the items ordered and current order volume.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Communication

Pickup scheduling is handled manually to ensure accuracy.

Automated pickup notifications are not used.

Please notify us when you are on your way to the pickup location.

Our pickup location is not open 24 hours, and arriving without confirmation may result in a missed pickup.

Shipping Option

If local pickup is not feasible for you, shipping is always available.

If you need to switch from pickup to shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.
